Solution: L F' U' B U R U2 R2 U R2 F2 D' B2 F2 U2 F2 B2 R' U' R2 D' U L' U2 D' B2 U2 (27)
Three different solution, all of them 27 moves long!
First:
L F U' B' //EO (4/4)
(D2 R U' L D2) //Blocks (5/9)
F2 D' L (R F2 L) //F2L (6/15)
F' D' F D' F' D' B D' F D B' D2 //LL (12/27)
In case you are interested, this is the optimal finish after the first 9 moves:
D2 L' U' R' F2 R U L2 D R' D' R D2 R' L' (15)
Foks could have found it.
Later I have found that there is a 23 from the same start (credits to Priazz):
L F U' B' //EO (4/4)
(D2 R U' L D' R) //2x2x3 (6/10)
(F2 L D' L' D2) //3e3c (5/15)
(B F2 L' Fw2 L F2 L' Fw2 L B') //Pair 3cycle (10-2/23)
Second:
L F U' B' //EO (4/4)
(D2 R U' L D2) //Blocks (5/9)
F2 D' L D' L' //More blocks (5/14)
F2 R2 U' R' U R2 //3c (6/20)
8-1 insertion
Third:
L F' U' B //EO (4/4)
(U2 B2 D) //Pseudo 222 + pairs (3/7)
U R //One more pair (2/9)
(U2 L U' D R2 U R) //DR (7/16)
(* D' F2 R2 U' R2 U2) //2e2e (6/22)
* = F2 B2 U2 F2 B2 D2 (6-1/27)
In this case the optimal finish after the first 9 moves is findable also by humans:
U L2 B2 L //223 (4/13)
D' R D2 //Square (3/16)
B2 D2 R' D //Square + pairs (4/20)
R2 D' R' D B2 //Finish (5/25)

[e] = D2 F2 L2 F2 D2 R2 B2 R2 (8-5/22)
[s1] = [s2] = E2 (-1/21)
I had a 22 from this DR after 10 minutes, I am glad I decided to try and improve it for the next 20 minutes

Comments:
solve 1) I had great time management but could not find anything good. Sebastiano and I found a 23 from one of his skeletons:
L F U' B' // EO
(D2 R U' L D' R) // 322
(F2 L D' L' D2) // 3e3c
(B U R U' F2 U R' U' F2 B') // 10-2, 23
Solve 2) I found the 21 in the first 20 minutes and spent the rest of the time fidgeting with block starts. I found this:
D L2 U // square+pairs
D2 F2 // blocks
D L' B // Eo
It gives a few very short and blocky DR's as continuation and it could have been finished for a 20 but it wasn't easy to find.
Solve 3) I had very bad time management. I wrote down 28 different Eo's and could not check them all in the hour. The 22 was on the second to last on my list but I should have checked it sooner since it has 4 moves and I should have left longer (5 moves) Eo's for later.
