Had 4 different skeletons that were all 26 optimal, haha

your 3c line should have B2 D2 at the beginning of it

Thanks ColorfulPockets for the research
and I changed the result from ?29? to DNF.
Perhaps interesting to all, why I "run" this challenge here:
I want to give others and me the possibility to do attempts in near-competition conditions. An obvious non-WCA-conform solution is therefore a DNF for me.
But I don't want to be a comp-judge/delegate and I normally don't control the solutions and don't count the moves.
IMO everyone should check his solutions himself. And as you have noticed: There is no 1., 2., in the list, it is not a "true" ranking for me but the possibility for everyone to compare the results easily.
It is not a huge effort and the generation of the scrambles is easy, too. But it is a bit of work and so I allow me - if I see something interesting like L3 - to give a silly comment

1. With and without limit
Scramble: R' U' F R2 F2 D2 R2 F' D2 F L2 D2 L2 U L2 F L' B' U F U' R' B' R' U' F
Solution: B2 D F U' L F2 R2 B D F D B U2 B D' B' U2 B F D F' B' U B' (24)
B2 D F U' L //EO (5/5)
F2 R2 B D F2 * D F' //F2L-1 -1 edge (7/12)
B U B' //All but 5 corners (3/15)
* = F' D B2 + D' F D B2 D'
+ = B' U2 B D' B' U2 B D
I have found this solutions very quickly (about 19 minutes including insertions). It was the second thing that I tried and after the EO the continuation was obvious. The insertions were also nice.
Hopefully I can find some time to finish the Mo3 this week

not happy with this one. Super bad time management, it was very frustrating. I just felt distracted the whole solve.

Same solution as chriscuber123!
(R2 U) //EO (2/2)

R B R2 //Square (3/8)
B R' B R D2 B R' //All but 5 corners (7/15)
Skeleton:
R * L2 B + R2 B R' B R D2 B R' F L U' R2
* = F' R2 F L2 F' R2 F L2
+ = F L F' R2 F L' F' R2
I have also found this nice skeleton:
(R2 U L' F') L2 R * B R2 //Same as before (8/8)
(R2 D2 R' B2) //All but 4 edges and 4 corners (4/12)
Which can be solved by conjugation + one move. But the best I could find from here was
* = L' F B R' F R B' F' L //All but 3 corners (8/20)
And unfortunately optimal is 27. I have tried also cojugating to an LL case, but with no luck.
