Scramble: R' U' F D L2 B2 L2 D2 F' U2 B2 U2 F D2 B' L2 D L F R2 D' R' U2 B' R' U' F
Solution: R2 B2 F D' L R2 D2 R2 F2 R2 F U' F' B2 U2 F2 B2 D L2 U' F2 U D' B2 (24)
For this attempt I tried the "spam dozens of EOs->DR" until you find something good (á la Jack Love). I wrote down 73 EOs (of which 18 were 4 moves or less) in the first 13 minutes. I had some DRs from the first 18 short EOs, but nothing very good, so I continued. On the 43rd EO (50 minutes in) I found this, and I got lucky with insertions:
R B2 F D' L //EO (5/5)
[1] F2 R2 D2 F U' F' //DR (6/11)
(B2 L2 [2] D L2 D') //HTR (5/16)
B2 U2 F2 B2 //3e3e (4/20)
[1] = R2 D2 R2 F2 R2 D2 R2 F2 (8-6/22)
[2] = L2 D U' F2 D' U (6-4/24)
During the attemp this nice blocky start also caught my attention, but I decided to stick to my plan and not check it:
(R2 U' F2) //Square + pairs
(U' L2 B) //2 squares 4 pairs
To be honest I don't think I would have found the 15 moves finish:
L F' D R D R' U2 B2 D' R' B U2 F B' D2 (15)
I also had this 3e skeleton with blocks, but for the same reason I did not try inserting it:
R2 U2 D R //EO + square (4/4)
U2 B2 U2 //222 + pairs (3/7)
D' F D2 U F2 U' //F2L-1 (6/13)
F D' F D F2 D' F' //3e (7/20)

This time I wrote down only 23 EOs, I just could not find that many.
It turns out there were 37 of 5 moves or less only on normal (106 including inverse and NISS). I should have at least found all the 5-move variations of the 4-move EO on U/D, I don't know why I stopped writing them down at some point, I should focus more.
Anyway in the end I got lucky
D' U B L2 U //EO (5/5)
(R' F2 L R' F2 L' F) //DR (7/12)
(L' D2 R' D2 R) //HTR (5/17)
(F2 L2 U2 B2 R2) //FIN (5/22)

I wrote down 83 EOs (23 of which were <= 4 moves) and I checked 63 of them, but I did not get anything good
#58 was this EO with many blocks, and since I only had 12 minutes left when I found it, I decided to focus on this after checking only a few more EOs:
R' L U D' L
Lots of blocks, but they are all stuck. One of the optimal endings was this DR solution:
U2 L2 D F2 D' B //DR, I had this (6/11)
L2 D' F2 D2 L2 D' R2 U F2 R2 //Finish, I did not even come close to seeing this (10/21)
