@porkynator, Fok96 or others: Can you find a way to reduce the move count here? I tried for quite a while but couldn't.

With a quick search I found this:

Scramble: (U R2 L2 B2 D F2 U' F2 U D2 R2 U D)' (13)
U R2 L2 B2 //same as you (4/4)
Dw F2 U' F2 //change D with Dw (4/8)
D' B2 D U //Obvoius finish (4/12)

Which saves one move for 23 total

Then I tried for a few more minutes to remove the final D U, but I couldn't. My idea was:

U [3] R2 L2 B2 Dw F2 U' [2] F2 D' B2 D U [1]

[1] = [2] = E (-1)
[3] = E' M2 E M2 (+2)

Rewrite:
D B2 F2 D U' F2 U R2 D' F2 D' B2 U2

And then one can hope to remove the DU' prime and save two moves, but in this case it doesn't work it seems
