InsertionFinder sagt, 1 move cancellation ist auch optimal mit dem bowtie; wenn du bowtie weglässt findest er für die beiden cycles ne 8-move-cancellation und kommt auf 30 raus mit dem skeleton, aber man braucht denke echt ne weile bis man bei 2 cycles die optimalen insertions findet

ich schau mal ob ich noch was schöneres finde
