Nein ließ mal genauer bei Events:
World Championship 2011 will host all 19 official events of the World Cube Association.
The total prize money for World Championship 2011 is 24,710 EUR. See the table below for the prizes to be won per event.
In addition all competitors will be part of a lucky draw at the end of the winner’s ceremony.
Access to the following events is open to all accepted competitors:
Rubik’s Cube
2×2 Cube
Pyraminx
Rubik’s Cube: Fewest Moves
Rubik’s Magic
Master Magic
Competitors must qualify for the other events to be able to compete in the events, by beating the qualification limits in any WCA competition up until August 31, 2011.
Qualification for an event is accepted if a competitor beats the A limit for the event.
Qualification for an event is also accepted if a competitor beats the B limit for the event AND beats the A limit for another event is the same category.
Rubik’s Cube, 2×2 Cube, Rubik’s Cube One-handed
4×4 Cube, 5×5 Cube
Megaminx, Square-1, Rubik’s Clock
4×4 Cube Blindfolded, 5×5 Cube Blindfolded, Rubik’s Cube Multiple Blindfolded
Please note that the A limits and B limits will be changed once we have a better estimate of the number of competitors per event. All limits are based on averages, except for blindfolded events.
